As Jim, AD1C, might not have an opportunity to add this to the country
you might want to edit the country file you use for CQWW and add: 4U1WRC.

That is a special call for 4U1ITU; put another way: 4U1WRC = 4U1ITU.

Here's the deal:

"I am happy to welcome you in the International Amateur Radio
Club (IARC). This radioamateur club was created in 1961 under
the auspices of the Secretary General of the United Nations and
the Secretary General of the International Telecommunication
Union (ITU) with the call sign 4U1ITU recognized as a DXCC

On the occasion of the 1997 World Radiocommunication
Conference (WRC97) and associated Radiocommunication
Assembly (RA-97) the IARC is organizing a special operation of
the 4U1ITU station with a special call sign, 4U1WRC, and
consequently a special QSL card valid only from 20 October to
21 November 1997. During this period, delegates having an
amateur license will be allowed to operate the Station and free
visits to the station will be organized for all other interested

I wish you a lot of nice DX QSO from 4U1WRC !
Yours sincerely,
Philippe Capitaine HB9RKG, President of IARC
