[CQ-Contest] World Country CQww Map

At Dayton I purchased a CQWW Map sold to me by a Henri Meunier.  He had a
booth inside and some pretty good looking maps he was selling, updated
with the latest countries.

Unfortunately he was out of them and said he would mail the map to me.  I
never got it.

Anyone else buy a map from him?
