[CQ-Contest] ARRL DX CW and assisted classes

Not quite so. Here in YO-land, few (if any) have a possibility to
connect to a DX packet cluster. If it comes to an opinion pool, I
strongly vote in favor of keeping the rules as they are. Please do not
forget that we are discussing a DX (international) contest.
