[CQ-Contest] Need a chip

Hi all.  I was getting things ready for the CQWW RTTY contest and found 
that one of the chips in my AEA CP-1 is gunny bag.  A call to AEA says 
they don't have them any more. Radio Shack also doesn't stock them.  Does 
anyone know of a source for a 75150 chip? It is the RS-232 chip in my TU.
