[CQ-Contest] Filter combos for CW contesting

While I find the 500 Hz filters generally preferable, there are 
times when there's no choice but to switch in the narrow ones.  Then
they can make a crucial difference.  It's amazing how many stations
you find between the strong ones when you scan a crowded band with
the narrow filters.
