[CQ-Contest] September CW Sprint

I'm going to start early in organizing an all Southeast Sprint team.  If 
you live in W4 or the Caribbean and will operate the Sprint seriously... 
then drop me a line.  The goal will be to activate all W4 states for the 
Sprint.  Hopefully we can get one of the KP4-SuperOps too.
