SInce the CQWW has no exchange why not just elminate it?
For example:
W2UP: WW de W2UP
N4ZR: N4ZR  (oh no, not a zero pointer)
W2UP: N4ZR TU W2UP
next caller...

and to save even more time with cut numbers, I can send my call WUUP, 
and hope everyone knows the first U is the 2.
