How do you DQ a person for this anyway?  This is another not very
enforcable rule, like people monitoring packet in SO unassisted, or
stations running QRO in Low power or QRP.  It is an extremely bad
precedent, not to mention yet another nit I'm having with the ARRL
about contests.

At least this is 10m only, so I don't have to listen to the SSTV'ers
on 14.230 send the contest-bashing pictures (and yes, I saw the one in
the Kenwood VC-H1 QST review too).
