Their probably not potential members --- so they dont count.

Its nice when you think you're powerful enough that you
can just throw out a ruling and assume everyone will 
blindly follow.......  Boy, the kilocycle cops must be having
a field day in that segment.......  Their are plenty of other 
contests around, so who cares.......
