[CQ-Contest] they don't care the rules

            I noticed that several stations were in a great hurry at 50/60
wpm (what about the n/t?) and when I call a certain one, he signed my call
right and passed me his number. When I typed TU and intended to pass my
report I realized he was calling cq test!!! What about the rules? The qso
was not complete yet. I wonder if they gain or lose with the hurry. Besides
this, I had a very nice weekend. Thank you all.
