[CQ-Contest] "Worked Before" stupidities

Yes it is much much much much faster to just give the guy another report,
sometimes they realize what they have done and apologize. 
I don't understand why more do not do it. I thought that the whole Idea of
the contest was to work as many as fast as you can.
In the 10 meter contest I think we had something like 50 dupes out of the
1300 Q's that seems like alot to me.
If they can't get my call correct the first time, when they come back
around and they hear a "different" call they are gunna work it again. 
I think it reflects on their operating skills.
I would just try to be a little subtle and tell them they are "59 in
California, again!"or "you are still 59 in CA"
Sometimes they got the hint other times not.
Oh well, I guess the conclusion is just work them again and get them out of
your way. That should go for everyone. It is real easy to just mark it as a
dupe, or let the computer do it.
