[CQ-Contest] VE1DX (private)response to my posting

 Gents & Ladies:
 Paul and I have had a very good private discussion about the posting
 I submitted concerning him not wishing to give a Zone Number to another 
 Op on a WARC band.  Our discussion was very constructive and I do 
 believe that he now agrees that it's okay to give a Zone # out, just so
 long as it isn't done 'contest style'.

 Paul advised me that he was not pleased with my including the reflector
 at-large, and I respect that.  Thus, I will certainly not include the 
 discussion he and I had privately.
