[CQ-Contest] 160m in SS?

After participating in an NAQP and seeing the importance (and utility) of 
160m contacts, I'm wondering aloud why 160m doesn't play a bigger role in 
Sweepstakes.

Sure, the rules are obviously different, and without mults or per-band 
contacts, there doesn't appear to be much to motivate folks to move to 
160m during SS.

But when 40m and 80m get really crowded, wouldn't 160m offer some relief? 
Or are there not enough stations prowling 160m to make it worthwhile in 
SS?
