The difference is clear. In your example, you are given 3 hours to finish the
test. If you finish early, you can review it ON YOUR OWN. You can NOT get
out the text book and check it, can you? In CQWW, you are given 48 hours to
"take the test." After that, you can NOT change your answers. You are
permitted to do "housekeeping" functions, like mark dupes, zones, countries,
points, calculate the score, etc., but you can NOT alter your effort. Okay?
