So, let's look at a typical contest exchange (actually better than typical,
because my mythical running station signs his call each time, and doesn't
simply ask "QRZ?"):
"1Z1A QRZ?"
"N4ZR"
"N4ZR 59 26"
"59 5"
"73. 1Z1A?"
Does this QSO meet the requirements of Rule 2? If not, why not?
My jailhouse lawyer evil twin says it does, because the rule does NOT say
that the data must be correctly copied "in the course of each QSO...".
This also seems rational to me (his good twin) because as long as you're
sure of the other station's call, he's sure of yours, you're both sure of
the information exchanged, and you're sure that it was exchanged between
you (not with someone else), then it's a good QSO.
