[CQ-Contest] Help making single stubs

Get yourself and MFJ-259 Antenna analyzer, or borrow one from somebody. 
Then you check the cable for zero resistance, and notice the symmetry
each side of zero to determine the exact center frequency of the stub. 
You should get about 20-25db attenuation at the notch frequency. You can
also use 2 stubs on a tee connector, parallelled for more attenuation.
