[CQ-Contest] Up to date on CQ 160 responses

I have now answered the e-mail requests for the 1997 (last years) CQ 160.  

Here are some changes that I will send along to CQ for posting in the
Contest Column.

1997 CW corrections:

K3BU should be the low power winner for Delaware not New Jersey.  K5KG thus
becomes the New Jersey Low power winner. 

1997 SSB Corrections:

N2EE remains the winner for New Jersey but is also a low power entry.  This
places Yuri at #9 world low power SSB.

N3HBX had the first digit in the QSO number dropped in the results.  He had
many more than 42 Q's.  His score  in the USA Top 10 is in the correct
position but his score is 189,504 not 169,504.  The score for his listing is
correct.
