Did everyone get their APRIL issue yet?

I am REALLY impressed with the Marijan's S56A article.  But I thought
that this was not new......for certain AA5B has been using this
technique for years in CW SS.....;o)  Or wasn't WB8JBM who originally
did this around 1978?    

Lets stir the hornets nest up some.  Should this be allowed?  I think TR
should include it in his next release.  Whatsa group?
