There's nothing you can do to improve DX0DX's technique -- he's a lid
-- but W6XXX can keep this from happening by improving his technique
thusly:

DX0DX: "DX0DX... contest"
W6XXX: (W6 garbled...)
DX0DX: "W6.. 59 kilowatt"
W6XXX: "W6XXX W6XXX"
DX0DX: "Roger.. 59 kilowatt"
W6XXX: "W6XXX W6XXX"
DX0DX: "Roger.. 59 kilowatt"
W6XXX: "W6XXX W6XXX"
DX0DX: "OK, I have it. 59 kilowatt"
W6XXX: "W6XXX W6XXX"
DX0DX: "Jeez ya lid, W6XXX, what's wrong with you? You're 59 kilowatt"
W6XXX: "Thanks, 59 California"
DX0DX: "DX0DX..contest"

Note that W6XXX doesn't give the contest report until DX0DX has
acknowleged that he has copied W6XXX's callsign correctly. Admitedly,
experience indicates the occasional DX0DX will lose his patience with
W6XXX and give up on the QSO and call QRZ? But IMHO, how is not being
logged by DX0DX any worse for W6XXX than being logged as W6XYZ?

trying to work DX0DX as whiskey-november-four-kilo-kilo-november)
