Good points from Ward.  Another thing to remember in the case of N2HNT, or
any call with repeating letters (like mine) is to always use the same
phonetic for the same letter each time you send your call.  In other
words, I try to never send my call as "November Four Golf Norway" or
"Norway Four Golf November".  Believe me, it can be very confusing to the
poor guy at the other end of the pileup.

If you've seen the VK0IR video, you'll hear a prime example of this in one
of the phone pileup segments.  In fact, it's a Norway/November case
("Norway Bravo Seven November" if memory serves).

I never gave this much thought until after I got my vanity call.
