[CQ-Contest] more on IARU 97

Here I report the top five of IARU 1997 single Op CW
Please note the average points/qso.
P40W has 4.8 and this is fine: most of his QSO are with USA, EU all 5
points/each
HA3O has 4.8 as well, but he is in Europe and, as you can see, most of
Europeans have 3.2-3.4 points/qso because there is a lot of activity in
Europe (1 or 3 points qso)
So it seems that HA3O had a mistake in his programm for score calculation.
Did the committe pubblished an "errata corrige"? Or nobody noticed it?
HA0DU (HG0D) is probably continental leader .
