[CQ-Contest] Which mike for contests?

All other things being equal, a headset with attached mic (and foot
switch or VOX) will be superior to a desk mike for contest ops.

-- Both hands remain free for logging, tuning.

-- The mic is always in front of your mouth, no matter the position
   of your head.

-- You are free to move around and not "lean over the mic" for each
   contact.  (Less tiring)
