[CQ-Contest] 1st Europe on 10 mtrs in almost 6 years

With WPX coming up this weekend, it sure would be nice if 10 opens again
like it did today. Armchair copy on a number of Italian and English stations.
Last log entry for Europe on 10 was 12/13/92 from here in Los Angeles.
