[CQ-Contest] NEW URL - Ontario QSO Party

The URL for the Ontario DX Association, sponsors of the Ontario QSO Party
has moved.

It is now at http://www.durhamradio.ca/odxa.

Just a reminder that the contest runs April 25-26th from 18:00 UTC on the
Saturday to 18:00 UTC on the Sunday.   Rules, entry forms and last year's
results are up on the site.
