Down here, that's considered RELIEF!

It's when the fire ant-infested mounds are at their maximum
numbers and size, mosquitoes have pefected their formation
flying, the clouds have disappeared, the wind has died, and the
ozone between us and the sun is at it's thinnest.  In other
words, a typical weekend in southeast Texas.  Perfect for outdoor
ham radio activities!
