Contesters,

Club members residing within a 20 miles radius should count as
3 points, 2 points for less than 175 miles and over 175 miles
1 point.

Anyone who operates a radio that's not plug in should get
3 points, runs an amp thats not turned on 2 points, tape
records a contest for medicinal purposes 1 point.

Finally anyone who buys me dinner at Dayton gets 3 points,
buys me a drink 2 points, talks to me 1 point.
