Certainly they deserve credit for digging out those weak ones!  But the 
QRP guys need to know who to call (workable) and when to dump in their 
call, etc...  All three classes have their winners.  Don't see that is 
all important in which order they are listed...  Personally, I like the 
order that ARRL chose to print.
