I'm supposing here that you don't want to key them at the same time. I
purchased a 4-position serial switchbox for use with one computer and 4
serial devices. I have two tnc's and my CT key line plugged into it (the 25
pin model) and am building another cable for the other radio. This allows
me to flip back and forth between radios, without switching the computer
over at all. If you don't have 4 peripherals to hook up, they do make
2-position (A/B) switches.

Subject: [CQ-Contest] Long play tape recorders
Message-ID: <01ba01be06ef$2e932c20$3806fcd1 at default>

For recording a contest, are there long play options besides a VHS video
recorder? I'm specifically looking for a recording solution that is small
enough to take on expeditions.

Are the long play telephone/surveillance cassette recorders up to the job?

Thanks,
