[CQ-Contest] Collegiate Championship

Only a couple of more days left until the CW portion of Sweepstakes and that
means it's also time for the Collegiate Championship.  This year, the
Collegiate Championship will become an official part of Sweepstakes with
its own category and awards plan.  Please do your part to ensure that your
school or alma mater is well represented in this year's competition.

The rules for this year's CC are incorporated in the official SS rules,
which
are available at:

The combined category scoring, which SS does not provide, will be
determined using the same rules as last year by myself.  Please send
unofficial
scores and summary sheets to me so that we can track the progress of
all of the schools.  Also be sure to mark your SS entry correctly.  The
college
category is a separate category from single and multi-op this year.
