I have to disagree with my buddy Lee on this one.  There are very few
instances of situations where the wrong guy gets penalized.  I have found
some of them in my reports/log too.  I just figure everyone is going to
get hit a little.  But it is a FAR better situation with the CQWW log
checking, than it is with many of the other contests.  The sloppy guys get
penalized, and the careful guys have a chance to move up a slot in the
standings because of it.  This is as it should be.
