[CQ-Contest] re: SS CW - Are they all Multi's?

Hank, I'm not sure your information or interpretation are accurate.  I 
was the operator at one of the listed stations, and I assure you I was 
not using packet spotting.  I wonder if the list you show is of stations 
who were "spotted" by others?  What, in your interpretation and your 
information, indicates to you that I had operator assistance?  I don't 
want to even get close to presenting a possible perception of cheating.  
I'm sure others are similarly concerned.

Please advise.
