[CQ-Contest] PC Monitors

i wrapped a monitor in foil, added a vent fan to keep air moving,
wrapped the cords in foil, added ferrites and grounding... then sold
the computer and monitor and bought a new one with a samtron 'low
radiation' type monitor and didn't have to do anything with it.
