[CQ-Contest] November CQ Contest out

Stopped by the PO box yesterday (Monday) afternoon and found the latest
CQ Contest and two fishing magazines buried among another pile of
Christmas catalogs.  I did not get this summary out last night due to
"post-contest syndrome" (versus "post contest log doctoring").
