[CQ-Contest] PED 5.1 fix

Hi all - several people have replied and the fix (on a QUICK) try seems
to be to create a file called (anything).PED   e.g. fred.ped and put it
in the same directory as the rest of PED.

This does now allow it to run but haven't tried it out fully yet. Will
do over the weekend.
