     ??  I was addressing my ideas to the contesting community at large, not
the ARRL specifically.  But since you bring it up, I think it would be a 
great thing if the ARRL, NCJ, CQ, or someone like that would sponsor and
promote a multi-band VHF sprint-style contest.  I think it would be a big
improvement over the current state of affairs.  I think it would be fun.
