[CQ-Contest] CAC Ruminations About ARRL DX Exchange

Since the FCC no longer requires us to change call signs when we move,
making USA call areas moot under the law, even though I have a K2 call
in North Carolina, I am NOT portable. The legal meaning of W4/K2AV is
that I am operating in 4 land, not at the address implied by my
license information. And I seem to recall even that was watered down
recently. 

This is a bad idea. If you want true geography, then use grids or
states or some such. 

If I refused to use W4/ would you throw the log out?
