I have added a "lookup by prefix" option for DX stations.  It's pretty
crude but at least you can find out which Gs, S5s or PAs are in the
database.  DA, DF, DK etc. will require separate lookups, because the
database does not have a field for "standard" prefixes.

More significantly, the US/Canadian and DX database tables are now
available for download in the form of Excel spreadsheet files, totalling a
little under 500 Kbytes.  They are current through today's inputs, but of
course I'm hoping many more of you will update your listings in the coming
weeks, at which time the downloadable files will be updated to match.
