[CQ-Contest] SoundBlaster as a DVK?

Is there software out there that will make a SoundBlaster emulate a 
DVK?  If so, does it work well with NA & CT?  "LTA Blaster" rings a bell, 
but I can't seem to find a page web page for it.  I'm out of ISA slots in a 
new contest computer and would like to use the SoundBlaster as a DVKif 
possible.
