[CQ-Contest] September NCJ Sprint Dates - Not Changed

Friends,
This is an announcement to the CQ-Contest Reflector subscribers informing you 
that the recently circulated September Sprint date change information is 
being rescinded. The National Contest Journal website will be updated within 
the next day or two to reflect the "old" dates. I have taken the appropriate 
action to insure that CQ, QST and the NCJ all carry the same dates for the 
Sprints.

The 1999 September Sprint contests shall run as follows:

CW Sprint - first weekend of September
Phone Sprint - second weekend of September

We recognize that insufficient time was allowed to implement this change and 
apologize for any inconvenience this matter has caused the contest community. 
 The issues that originally stimulated the change will be reexamined.
