[CQ-Contest] NAQP off-times?

With NAQP CW coming up next weekend, I'm curious if anybody has any 
strategy (that they would like to share!) for when to take the off-time.  I 
know it should most likely be taken before dusk since night time offers 
three new bands, but any other insight would be helpful.  I'll summarize 
any replies sent to me directly.
