[CQ-Contest] What's your call?

We have left out one additional example of the bad operating practices
that "last two" callers foster..

How many times have you had the following exchange:

KQ2M "CQ Contest.... KQ2M Contest"

Pileup "*&^(^%(& Zulu, Zulu, Zulu"

KQ2M "Zulu Zulu Zulu you're 595"
(Zulu, Zulu, Zulu give me your whole call with your report)

G3ZZZ "You are 5914"

KQ2M "Zulu, Zulu, Zulu what's your call?"

G3ZZZ (Already gone....)

KQ2M "Zulu, Zulu, Zulu what's your call?"

G3ZZZ

KQ2M "Zulu, Zulu, Zulu, are you there?"

G3ZZZ

KQ2M "ZZZ you are NOT in the log! QRZ, KQ2M contest."

At least 10 - 15 times per contest I work someone who CLEARLY knows that
I don't have their full call, yet they give my report but NOT their full
call and then when I ask for their full call (it was implicitly asked
the first time), they have already disappeared!

I don't count being psychic as one of my operating skills yet stations
with this poor operating practice must believe that I am psychic. It is
one of the reason that I say "Full calls only" so that there is almost
NO CHANCE that I give a report without already having the full call
sign.
