Hello;
I agree with CT1BOH in that I have experienced the same 
sort of problem with that continent in exchanging contest
information.  
What Jose doesn't realize, being a rookie, is that 
there are apparently parts of the continent where basic 
communication on any level is difficult in the extreme.
