[CQ-Contest] WPX portable prefix question

Hello Andy:  I am quite sure that the rules for WPX awards and for the
CQ WPX contest have consistently counted K6LL/7 as K7 and the JS1/3 as
JS3.  CT and NA are set up to do that automatically.  I guess I have
operateed every WPX contest that has ever been held.  Of course, the
official reply must come from N8BJQ, but I am confident it will be the
