[CQ-Contest] RTTY Certificate Snafu

Hi Guys:

The 1999 RTTY Round-Up certificates were mailed from the League last
Thursday.  On Monday it was discovered that the data file for printing the
certificates was not updated and all certificates went out said 1998 instead
of 1999.

Replacement certificates went in the outgoing mail today (Tuesday October
12) and should reach domestic participants sometime by the end of the week
or early next week.

I apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Thanks for you patience.
