[CQ-Contest] CT & TR voice keyer / Soundbl. HELP

Hallo contesters!
TNX for reading this. 
Can someone help me with installing Soundblaster card for voice keyer
to work with CT or TR contest software. Think that SBL can do this job
instead of few cards usualy recomended in software manual.

Any ideas?
