It would be my guess, to put a little more strategy into chosing on/off
times.  Straight 24 or 48 hours, doesn't take much planning (except if
you take some time to sleep).  But, with a time limit if you plan wrong,
you might miss an opening somewhere! Of course, I've never done that!
