Don't blame the slowness of the bureau on the volunteers, We are getting
cards from Japan from 1980. Talk about slow, CUL

These interesting work arounds for stateside QSOs are a bit like
one-ringers on the phone to alert VHF DX openings, etc, but come on
guys:  The various ARRL QSL bureaus are manned by volunteers down the
line (not sure about at the League) and if we overwhelm the system by
dumping loads of stateside QSLs on them, the system will simply collapse
and it is slow enough anyway.

Must be an answer, but sending thru a foreign third party isn't the
way.  Thanks for the offer anyway.
