[CQ-Contest] An answer to Stateside QSL's??

ARRL and CQ do not accept them.  E-QSLs aren't secure enough 
for ham awards. Electronic transactions are only secure enough for 
billions of dollars of e-commerce.  QSLs are worth much more than 
that!
