[CQ-Contest] CQ WW CW Saturday Blackout

There has been a lot of mention of the famed Sunday blackout, but there
hasn't been much mention of the Saturday blackout we observed here in the
NW of the USA.  Right about noon local (2000Z) all the bands went kaput
for about an hour.  Anyone else experience that?  All we could hear were
the big EU m/m and High Power NA stations.

At least we got to eat lunch without feeling guilty...
