[CQ-Contest] 160 DX window?

Except there are different rules by different organizations... I avoid cq in
30-35 during contests... The rest of the time I do as I darn well please and
whiners are ignored (or trasmpled)... If the national and international,
contest and dx communities can come to a SINGLE gentlemans agreement I will
cheerfully observe it...
